Carine studied Management at UFRJ, was part of the first group Gaia Young in 2013 and works supporting organizations, communities, groups and individuals in the integral and sustainable development of their dreams collaboratively and creatively. Tries to bring together her experiences in Knowledge Management, Consulting, Diversity, Team Management, Leadership, Solidarity Economy and Social Impact Business with tools and practices such as Dragon Dreaming and Sociocracy for the structuring of alternative organizational models that promote development as freedom and the co-creation of a new economic system that sustains life.
